Worktree is an employability education charity inspiring school students with multiple and meaningful employer encounters.

Since 1992 Worktree has organised 50,000 work placements and many more conversations with real workers.

Today we focus on delivering one-hour Virtual Career WorkOut sessions in which class groups of students meet and interview five diverse work guests, with students steering the questions and work guests showing the horizons.

Last year 8000 students and 700 work guests took part.
