Priory Grafton Manor provides highly specialised neurobehavioural rehabilitation for adults with an acquired brain injury (ABI), including traumatic brain injury (TBI) and strokes.
The rehabilitation programme at Grafton Manor is particularly aimed at helping people who have experienced cognitive, behavioural and emotional changes as a consequence of brain injury, to ensure that they can access all areas of rehabilitation.
Therapy is led by the Trans Disciplinary Team, including Psychiatry, Psychology, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Social Work, Dietetics, Speech and Language Therapy. The seven days a week therapy timetable optimises therapeutic outcomes whilst the extensive grounds, facilities and equipment also supports individuals experience during their rehabilitation.
Nursing staff and Rehabilitation Assistants provide 24 hour support, healthcare and engagement to promote independence and outcomes. Grafton Manor is an award winning service that provides a comprehensive induction, training, support and supervision to all team members.
